A one storey mud-built farmhouse sheltered by a stand of poplars. The white car parked in front of the farmhouse may well be the 'small white car' belonging to Glyn Ceiriog Hughes, who acted as Kyffin's guide to the Gaiman/ Dolavon / Trelew area. The car is mentioned on p136 of 'A Wider Sky' (Gomer 1991).

A small outbuilding behind which are a number of animal pens constructed out of rough timber, bleached almost white by the sun.
