The Federation of Museums and Art Galleries of Wales represents and supports museums and art galleries in Wales through the provision of resources, training programmes and small-scale funding, together with the establishment of partnerships with other organisations such as the Museums Archives Libraries Division (MALD) of the Welsh Government, the National Museum of Wales and the National Trust. The Federation of Museums and Art Galleries of Wales has been a registered charity since May 2004.
