The First Five Miles: "Rhyfel y Sais Bach", in collaboration with Radio Ceredigion, was a performance and simultaneous live radio broadcast which saw Mike Pearson and Mike Brookes walk five miles across Mynydd Bach above the village of Trefenter. The texts were performed by Mike Pearson and were combined, via a live satellite link, with pre-recorded material simultaneously broadcast by Radio Ceredigion. The production related to the early enclosures of Ceredigion and explored the story of Augustus Brackenbury and the enclosure riots of the early 1920s on Mynydd Bach.
