Biographical history
From Memory I was a solo performance by Mike Pearson produced in collaboration with Chapter Arts Centre and the National Museum of Wales. It was performed to an invited audience only at the Welsh Folk Museum, and was then performed at the University of Warwick Arts Centre and in Gent, Belgium. The production comprised three separate solo pieces: Taxonomy, Autopsy and Simulations and was inspired by the themes of archaeology, family, anatomy, pathology, cultural identity, speed and soap operas and also the principles of performance itself.
