Further Settlement made after the marriage of the said Thomas Morgan and Martha, his wife, eldest daughter of the said Sir Edward Mansell, in consideration of £10,000, being a covenant to levy a fine of the following properties:- the castle and site of the castle of Brecon, and the manors of Brecon, Alexanderstone, and Mara Mota in co. Brec., with all their m's, lands, and appurtenances; the capital m. called the Great House in the town of Brecon; and all his properties in the ht's and p's of St John Evangelist, Lanspithit, Devynock, Veney Vach, Langattock, Crickhowell, St Davids, Ystradvellty, Penderin, Cantreffe, Vaynor, Lanvilloe, Landdew, Gartbrengy, Landevailog, Ystradgunlais, and in the t. of Brecon, all in co. Brec.; to uses and intents as specified.
