Meeting minutes and related documents, 1960-1974, consisting of minutes of the General Committee Meetings (1960-1973), including a letter from Meriel John, secretary, discussing venue facilities for a concert (1972); Secretary’s Reports (1961-1968; 1971-1975); minutes of the Annual General Meeting (1961-1963; 1965-1967; 1970-1974); minutes of the Special Committee (1969-1970); minutes of the Co-ordinating Committee (1966; [?1969]); and minutes of the Emergency Committee (1960). The file also includes account statements (1960-1969; 1972; 1974); lists of Society members (1965-1967; 1969-1972); programmes for the Society’s Inter-town Eisteddfod (1966-1967); and a drawing celebrating 50 years of the Society ([1970]).
