Ruabon; parcels of land called Y Geufron Ucha, Y Geufron Issa, Talar y Geufron, Bryn y Cornell and a dwelling house thereon, 3 butts in Maes y Clwt uwch ben y Ty, in Dynynlle Ucha, [p. Ruabon], co. Denb., to the use of 1 and Margarett his wife, provided that the said Margarett pay annually to John Edwards 40s. after the decease of 1; that Rondle Johnes son and heir of John Edwards, when he reaches 21 yrs of age, shall receive the yearly rent issuing from a tmt called Craig y Barkutt (tenant named) and after the death of 1 and Margarett his wife, the property is to go to the use of John Edwards and Sara his wife, with remainder to Rondle Johnes, their son and heir.
