Erbistok in lp Bromefylde, the first called Tyr kist y widdon, lying in length from a highway leading from the former mill of Overton towards Rywabon as far as the water of the Dee and in breadth between the land of Edward ap Davit ap Jankyn and the land of Edward Hanmer; the second called Kaer Towr, lying in breadth [between the land] of the said Edward ap Davit and the land of Jankyn ap Ieuan and in length from the land of the said Edward ap Davit to the land of John Alford; the third called Dolennol, lying between the water of the Dee, the land of the said Edward ap Ieuan called Dol kan, a highway leading from Erbistok towards Tynvulle, land lately of Davit ap Ieuan ap Hoell, land of the said Edward ap Davit and land of Davit ap Rys ap Davit.
