Recites no. 131, and Lease (dated 29 Jan. 1641/2) whereby 1 leases properties to John ap John ap Edward, Jane his wife, Richard ap John his son and heir, Elizabeth, Jane, Dorothy his dau's, for 99 years at 30s. annual rent.
