Grant by William Herbert of Troy, esq., Lord of Trecapraghed, to Sir John dere and Jankyn ap John Thomas of three parcels of land, with appurtenances, in the lordship of Uske in length between the stream called Olwy on one head and the land of the said William, lord of the fee, called Mays vgha on the other, in breadth between a close of land of the said William called Mays y velin on one head and the close called Ton Mawr now in the tenure of Robert Llowargh on the other, of which the first parcels is called Mays Eggloys, the second Ynys Nycoll and Goergloth wadeth and the third Maeys knoll. Rent: 15s. 4d. per annum at Michaelmas, for Mays Eggloys, 4s. 4d., for Ynys nycholl and Goergloth Wadeth, 6s. 8d., for Mays Kenoll 4s. 4d., suit of Court at Trecapraghed; 3s. 4d. relief.
