Henry Morris, clerk, Henry Hayden, Wharfinger, and David Edward Jones, vicar and churchwardens of St. Mary's Aberavon. Grant, in consideration of seventy pounds paid by the parties of the fourth part to the said David Jenkins and Margaret Jones, and of one hundred pounds paid by the same to the said Elizabeth Lloyd, of a parcel of land in the borough of Aberavon containing two hundred and eighty-one square yards, and of another plot of land containing five hundred and twenty-five square yards in the said borough. The said pieces of land are to be used as a site for a school for the education of the children of the poorer classes.
