- William Thomas of p. Bedwas, co. Mon., gent. 2. Hugh Jones of Gellywastod, p. Machen, co. Mon., esq. 3. Charles Price of Porset, co. Glam., tanner, son-in-law of the said William. 4. James Price of p. Bedwas, gent. Grant in trust, in consideration of ten shillings paid by the said Charles Price to the said William Thomas, of a capital m. called Glyngwyn, with its lands, etc., containing two hundred and eleven a. in p's Bedwas and Machen, co. Mon.; also a m. and lands, containing twenty-four a., in p. Lisvane, co. Glam. To hold the same to the said Hugh Jones upon the following trusts: the first capital m. to the use of the said Charles Price for his life, and, after the determination of that estate, to the use of James Price during the life of the said Charles Price. Also, that the said William Thomas shall draw an annuity of eighty pounds from the said two properties for the term of his life. And, as to the first property, with remainder, after the death of the said Charles Price, to Thomas Price, his eldest son, Charles Price, his youngest son, and Elizabeth Price, his daughter And, as for the second m., after the death of the said William Thomas, to the use of the said Thomas Price and his heirs. Also, a covenant by the said Charles Price to pay an annuity of twenty pounds to Elizabeth, wife of the said William Thomas, but now separated from him, for the term of her life.
