Grant of the crown, by letters patent, to John ffreman of a close called Thorpeland within the manor of Moulton in co. North't, with all its appurtenances, parcel of the manor of Moulton, and of lands called Warwick and Spencers landes in the said county; and to Roger Langford of the park of Ruthyn called the Towne Parke of Ruthyn within the manor or lordship of Diffrencloide, co. Denbigh, lands, etc., called le Parke of Ruthyn or le Towne Parke of Ruthin within the said manor or lordship, water mills within the said manor or town of Ruthyn called the Towne milles of Ruthyn, a mill called the Graunge mill with a close therewith occupied called Graunge myll Close, and mills called melyn keler and melyn ycoed within the said lordship. The grant to John ffreman was to date from 1644, and that to Roger Langford from the decease of Anne, Countess of Warwick. Latin.
