Grant of the tenement and lands called Cefen yr Eskir, adjoining on the west and north-west the tenement and lands called Treflys Uchaf alias Tynant, on the north and north-east the lands called Havod y Clas and Llyest y Garn, and on the south and south-east the common called Mynudd Llyn Aiddwen, which tenement and lands the first party had in exchange for the lands called Llain-Gwar y Llwyn Cam, Llain Crug y Saeson and Llain Llwyn Gwyn alias Llain Glan Braine from Richard Morice of Treflys, parish of Llanrhystid, gent., together with a cottage or summer house upon Mynudd Llyn Aiddwen by a place called Hir-brisk fawr, parish of Llanrhystid.
