Biographical history
Haearn was a large-scale site-specific work that examined the creation of Industrial Man during the Industrial Revolution. It was first performed at the British Coal Works, Tredegar. The work was also conceived for television, with mobile cameras designed integral with the scenography, and was broadcast later in the year. The project was a collaboration with Criw Byw and was commissioned by the 'Valleys Live' Festival.
