Correspondents include Clive Betts, Zonia Bowen, Noëlle Davies, Noel Dempsey, Per Denez, Peter Berresford Ellis, Gwynfor Evans, Julian Cayo Evans, Garret FitzGerald, Yann Fouere, Nick Griffin, Neven Henaff, Alan Heusaff, John Jenkins, John Legonna, Tomas Ó Canainn, Padraig Ó Snodaigh, Meic Stephens, Alan Stivell, Dafydd Elis Thomas, Dafydd Wigley and Jac L. Williams. The matters discussed include the aims of the League, its policies and campaigns, the Celtic countries and cultures, linguistic minorities, political movements and ideas, and the compilation, publication and distribution of Carn. There are also articles submitted for Carn, together with notes, as well as letters and petitions to governments and international bodies. In addition, there are copies, drafts and notes of letters written by Heusaff and Moffatt, and letters and other documents forwarded by branch secretaries relating to matters of particular concern.
Stud book and registration papers
The series comprises mixed files of letters, preparatory notes, registration forms, pedigrees, circulars, reports, minutes of meetings and accounts, used in the compilation and publication of the Welsh Hound Association stud book, 1922-1987, and a report deriving from a tour of the inspection committee, 1927, with related papers, 1926-1930. The letters and reports, in particular, provide information on the history of hound packs, the inspection procedure, the characteristics of the Welsh Hound, and the criteria for the registration of individuals in the stud book.
The series comprises mainly letters, [1925]-1982, from hunt secretaries, organisations and private individuals, frequently accompanied by copies of letters and circulars despatched by the Association, concerning membership and subscriptions, meetings, hound inspections, registrations, entries and orders for the stud book, the annual hound show administration, kennel management, hunting anecdotes, breed criteria and Association rules; together with relevant registration forms, pedigrees, inspection results, lists of hounds entered for the stud book, show schedules, accounts, bills and receipts.

The series comprises letters addressed to O. M. Edwards as Chief Inspector of Schools in Wales, drafts and copies of some letters despatched by him, together with other related papers. There are many letters from prominent Welsh figures. Most of the early letters relate to the establishment of the Welsh Department of the Board of Education. Most letters relate to inspections of individual schools, the policies and activities of the Board of Education at Whitehall, local education authorities, the appointment of teachers, and the teaching of individual subjects.
Letters from Jennifer Longford
The series comprises letters, 1934-1946, from Jennifer, mainly to her family, giving personal and domestic news and describing her experiences and activities at Headington School, Oxford, and Penrhos College, Bakewell, Derbyshire.
Longford, Jennifer, 1929-
The series comprises letters, 1964-2001, addressed to Lord Cledwyn of Penrhos, sometimes interspersed with copies of his replies. The correspondence is strongly political, much concerning his work within the House of Lords. A number refer to requests for political honours. Some of the letters refer to events in Anglesey, some from his former constituents, including invitations to attend numerous events. Some letters discuss the affairs of the University of Wales which Lord Cledwyn served as Pro-Chancellor. There are also a number of letters from the media, including requests for contributions to radio and television broadcasts and interviews. Some letters are requests from academics and students for assistance with their research projects.

The series consists of personal letters to Condry, from Ray Perry and others, on subjects relating to wild plants, bird and animal life, identification of insects, birdwatching in Britain and abroad, ornithological records, fundraising efforts for a conservation project, publishing, appreciation of Condry's 'Country Diary' articles and his books, A Welsh Country Diary and Thoreau, life during the Second World War, personal news from friends, Condry's connnections with Birmingham and enclosures of occasional printed items. Correspondents include Ronald Lockley, Ray [Perry], Morrey Salmon, H[arold Wright], Irene (`Benjamin') Vaughan, R.S. Thomas and his wife Mildred Elsie Eldridge (Elsi). There is also a letter from Condry to his niece, Chris (Christine Demmar), enclosing a story about his pet jackdaw, 1971.
