Title deeds relating mainly to the parishes of Yockleton and Stretton, including Tipton family deeds, 1636-1714, notably the wills of Richard Evans of Fareley, Pontesbury, 1680, and Ambrose Tipton of Westbury, 1714, and the latter’s marriage settlement with Elizabeth Evans, 1694; a deed for the purchase of the manors of Yockleton and Stretton by Walter Waringe of Ouldbury, Salop, and Henry Hayward of Polemore, 1641; and an assignment of lands in Yockleton, originally mortgaged by John Ashby of the Lynches, 1742.
