Declaration on oath of Thomas Price of Pendre, p. Llanfair-in-Builth, co. Brec., land agent, that he had received the rents from tenants on the Manor of Builth on behalf of the Lord of the Manor, namely Marmaduke Gwynne of Llanelwedd Hall, co. Rad., esq., and, after his death, on behalf of Howell Gwynne Howell of Llanelwedd Hall, esq., his successor. Declared at Brecon.

Conditions Of Sale of the manor of Upper Elvel, with the commot or honor of Colwyn and the mesne manors of Aberedw and Gareg, in parishes Aberedw, Bettws [Diserth], Cregrina, Glascwm, Llanbadarn-y-garreg, Llanelwedd, Llanfaredd, Llansaintfread In Elvel, and Rhulen, all in co.
