The said m's were held by Lord Kenyon as a security for a sum of £4,500 owed by Edward Lewis. Lord Kenyon was indebted to Thomas Kenyon in a similar sum and now transferred the debt and the property as security. Also an assignment by Edward Lewis to Thomas Kenyon of property in p. Saint James, Clerkenwell, Middlesex, as further security for the said debt of £4,500.

The said term in respect of part of the property was assigned to John Parry in trust for Anna Lloyd, and in respect of the rest of the property to Hugh Griffith in trust for John Griffith. The said John Griffith ratifies both assignments.
