Miscellaneous files

The series comprises Sue Harrie's general file for 1977; a general file mostly containing material relating to the newsletter, 1978-1984; and a file containing notes on possible research into marketing and publicity of Anglo-Welsh literature.

Mail outs to members

The series consists of mail outs sent to members and associate members of the English Language Section of the Academi. Some include copies of the Bulletin of the Welsh Academi, others a short newsletter, and most include programmes and advertisements for various events.

General correspondence,

The series contains general correspondence relating to the establishment and day to day running of the English Language Section of the Academi. The early files include substantial correspondence relating to the formation of the English Language Section and contain correspondence with many prominent writers. In later years, as paid administrators were employed, the contents of the files reflect the more day to day issues of arranging events, sponsorship, competitions etc.

Executive Committee papers

The series consistis of minutes and agendas of individual Executive Committee meetings, correspondence relating to the meetings and various papers and reports presented to the committee. Correspondents include many prominent Anglo-Welsh writers.
