Release by 3 of 1 from a covenant in an assignment of mortgage to repay £2,000 with interest and Ratification by 2 of the said assignment of mortgage of a capital m. and the demesne lands thereto belonging [called Croggen] in p's Llandrillo, Gweddelwerne, Llanderfell and Llanvawr, co. Mer.. Recites a mortgage by demise for 500 years for £1,575 by 1 and others to Henry Poley and John De La Fountain, which mortgage eventually became vested in John Pennyman and Thomas Gibson, both of London, gent's, that in 1706 the mortgage was assigned for £2,000 to 3 and that the equity of redemption of the premises is now come to 2.
