Bettws [Gwerful Goch] to his servant Henry Pugh for life; a m. called Brun-y-Fedwen, in t. Selcorne, p. Llandewelin [t. Selwrn, p. Llandderfel] purchased from William Price, esq., to his servant Robert Peirs for life and afterwards to RP's son Edward ap Robert for life; a m. sometimes called Hendre-yr-Creigie Bychan and sometimes called Y Tythûn-Issa in t. Penmaen [? p. Llanfor] purchased from Morgan John Griffith, John Price and John Thomas, to his cousin Sarah Roberts of Rhythan [Ruthin], co. Denb., widow; a m. called Vachell, p. Llanbederkennen, co. Caern., purchased from William Bulkeley and lands thereto belonging exchanged with William Hookes and John Hookes, to his servant Hugh Morris for life; all his lands in the commote of Isaph, co. Caern., sometimes the lands of Sir Richard Wynn, kt and bart, to his nephew Sir Richard Wynn, bart, for life and after his death to Sir R.W.'s eldest son (further uses specified), all the lands specified in no. 7 to his brother Henry Wynne of the Inner Temple and Dame Grace Wynne, widow of his brother Sir Owen Wynne, bart, and two m's in p. Gwytherin, co. Denb., purchased from Jeffrey Lloyd, gent., to William Brickdall, vicar of p. Llancroft [Llanrwst], cos Denb. and Caern., and the churchwardens for the benefit of the poor there together with the interest of a sum of £100 willed to be left to the said poor by his late sister Mary Mostyn, and that the vicar and churchwardens should dispose of any residue of the rents of the m's in Gwytherin towards the continual repair of the shire-hall in Llanrwst. Bequeathes 40s. to the poor of p. Llanddervell, co. Mer., 20s. to the poor of p's Llandrillo In Edernion, co. Mer., Llanrhaiadr [Yng Nghinmeirch] co. Denb., and Caerhun, co. Caern.; 10s. to the poor of p. Llanglynyn; 20s. to the poor of p's Llanbeder, co. Caern., Llanvihangell-llyn-myvir [sic], co. Denb., Bettws Abergellan, 40s. to the poor of p. Isleworth, Middlesex, and 20s. to the poor of p's Llandidno, co. Caern. and Llanfawr, co. Mer.. Numerous bequests to relatives, friends and servants.
