A Welsh hymn is written on a manuscript leaf pasted inside the back cover.

An essay on 'Caniadaeth y Cyssegr'; notes of a sermon by Thomas Lloyd, Colwyn Bay; two letters, 1910, from Griffith Griffiths, Barry, to [Sir] Henry Lewis; and a typescript poem 'Beddau'r Milwyr' by Sam Jones, Campello, Massachusetts.
