Dangos 1987 canlyniad

Two collections of photographs of Welsh views divided as to format. Llyfr ffoto 4685 contains mainly black and white photos with some more recent colour prints. Llyfr ffoto 4686 contains 35mm slides. The overwhelming majority of photographs are of views in Anglesey and Snowdonia.

Three albums, two of transparencies, one of prints from his trip to Patagonia 1968-1969.

Includes prints (col and b&w) as well as slides. Slides are presumed to be the work of Kyffin Williams. As corresponding negatives for these prints are not extant in the archive. Slides are assumed not to be the copyright of KW. Includes landscapes, portraits, oil paintings, watercolours and sketches.

Includes Kyffin attending book launches, exhibition openings, interior of galleries showing his work and numerous photos presumed gifted to Kyffin by well wishers.

This includes a Victorian carte de visite album, numerous loose early twentieth century photographs of family and friends of Kyffin Williams; photographs taken by Richard Inglis Williams whilst serving in the RAF in Egypt; and photographs prepared for KW's first book 'Across the Straits'.

Miscellaneous photos – anonymous portraits, photos of works by other artists etc. Include unused postcards accumulated by KW.

Includes boxes of loose photographs, slides, albums of colour and black & white photographs accumulated by Kyffin Williams. Includes many 35mm slides of his artworks, slides from his trip to Patagonia as well as Welsh views and informal personal photographs.
