Plaintiff Jenkyn ap John and Phellip ap Hoell and Robert Jones, two of the defendants, appeared. Because Jenkyn ap John would not deny the expulsion of plaintiff out of the land n traverse contrary to a former order, he is committed to ward to the porter's lodge.
