None of the cards postally used in this album (a higher proportion than other albums in the collection) appear to have a direct link with the donor.

The vast majority of cards in this album are real photographic cards of friends and family of the donor. A few are annotated on the reverse. Included are formal and informal portraits, John Rees in WW1 uniform, wedding groups, childrens studio portraits and a few early C20th cards of British actors, actresses and music hall stars.
