Binder containing a mainly typewritten office copy of schedules of leases (dated 1865-1955) of properties in the Monmouthshire agricultural estate in the parishes of Basaleg, Bedwas, Bedwellte, Betws, Caldicot, Coedcernyw, Eglwysilan, Gelli-gaer, Goldcliff, Henllys, Llanfaches, Llanfedw, Llanfihangel, Llanfihangel-y-fedw, Llanisien, Llantarnam, Llanwynno, Llys-faen, Machen, Magor, Marshfield, Michaelstone, Mynyddislwyn, Nash, Peterstone, Redwick, Risca, Roggiet, Rumney, Rhyd-y-gwern, St Brides, St Mellons, St Woolloos, Undy and Whitchurch, in Monmouthshire and Glamorgan, and also in Breconshire and licenced premises in the agricultural ledgers. The schedules give the name of the tenant, the property, area and annual rent, and frequently a reference to the ledger folio, the agreement number, and remarks. The schedules are much annotated.
