Letters to Nigel Jenkins from [?Theodore Grainger], the identity of the correspondent being uncertain due to varying handwriting and signature and the 'spoof' or satiric nature of the letters. Some of the letters include poetry. Also included is a folio of algebraic formulae and a folio of what appear to be a child's scribbles. Most of the letters are undated or incompletely dated.

Many of the letters enclose or include sound/concrete poems incorporating small-scale two- and three-dimensional constructions and images by Peter Meilleur, some letters and envelopes are decorated/illustrated with cuttings, motifs, artwork, etc. and one letter is contained within a cigar box.
