Material relating to the compilation and publication of Khasia in Gwalia, an anthology of poetry and prose by inhabitants of the Khasi Hills, edited by Nigel Jenkins and published by Alun Books in 1995, and to the Khasi delegate tours of Wales during September 1993 and June-July 1995 which instigated the book. Material relating to Gwalia yng Nghasia, a three-part documentary series for S4C broadcast March/April 1994, and Gwalia in Khasia, a one-hour documentary broadcast by BBC Wales in 1995. Letters to Nigel Jenkins from [?Theodore Grainger], the identity of the correspondent being uncertain due to varying handwriting and signature and the 'spoof' or satiric nature of the letters. Some of the letters include poetry. Also included is a folio of algebraic formulae and a folio of what appear to be a child's scribbles. Most of the letters are undated or incompletely dated.
