Papers of Rev. R. Peris Williams,
The collection contains letters written to R. Peris Williams from various individuals; addresses and notebooks on religious matters such as the attempt to lift the debt owed by Henryd Chapel, Conwy, Caernarfonshire. Also, a few Eisteddfod adjudications, 1867-1878 and his own poetical works, 1849-1855 as well as two diaries written by him whilst serving as Chaplain in the First World War, 1915-1917 and details on the death of Hedd Wyn in 1917. -- There is a large section of papers belonging and relating to Gwalchmai. Papers regarding his career as a minister and preacher collated most probably by R. Peris Williams for his memoir on Gwalchmai. Also, a large part of the collection is taken up by letters written to Gwalchmai from various correspondents, family and friends, poets and writers. They provide an insight into the life and interests of the literary men of the Victorian age in Wales and reveal a great deal about religious matters. -- Other material, include, collections of hymns; sermons preached by Emrys, 1854-1856; sailing book, 1884-1885 of the Enterprise, captained by George Lewis; diary of Ceiriog as a station master in 1872; autobiography of Rev. Samuel Evans, Llandegla, Denbighshire, 1900 and essays on philology given to Gwallter Mechain by Dr Karl Meyer of Germany, 1844.

William Ambrose's (Emrys) Manuscripts; notebooks of notes and/or sermons; manuscript copies of sermons; diaries; pictures; college registers; bank books; papers relating to Cilgwyn Chapel; papers relating to Rhaeadr Gwy; a file of papers concerning the attitude of the students towards military obligation; letters; papers of the Headmasters Thomas Rees and John Morgan Jones and of the Rev. R. H. Williams.

Bangor Miscellaneous Collection.
A large collection of papers containing letters from various correspondents to R. (Silyn) Roberts, some from prominent literary figures such as W.J. Gruffydd, T. Gwynn Jones and Cynan - one letter from David Lloyd George. The topics covered include the poetry of R. (Silyn) Roberts, his work with the WEA and the Labour Party, and personal matters. Some correspondence is addressed to Mrs Silyn Roberts, 1930-1939 and some from R. (Silyn) Roberts to his family, 1896-1930. -- There is an incomplete set of R. (Silyn) Roberts' diaries, 1896-1930. Also, drafts of his own poetry, essays, adjudications, and notes on various subjects, including his own collections of poetry and his biography. There are notes on sermons, examination papers, research notes on Arthurian Legend, applications for posts, photographs, a labour party address and lecture notes when studying at UCNW and at Bala Theological College. -- There are papers, including correspondence and accounts, relating to the First World War and the suffering experienced in Wales; the poetry of Hedd Wyn and the Hedd Wyn Memorial Fund, 1917-1926; a trip to the United States with the Moelwyn Choir to collect money towards the campaign against tuberculosis in Wales, 1911-1912.
