An incomplete text of the 'Brute Chronicle' from Brutus to the reign of Henry V. The first eight folios, containing the 'prologue of Albion' and the beginning of the story of Brutus, are in an earlier hand than the remainder of the manuscript.
A manuscript in several late 18th century hands comprising summaries and transcripts of texts from the Book of Llan Dâf and from Jesus College MSS 2 (Llyfr Ancr Llanddewibrefi), 3, 7 and 17. The manuscript also includes a copy of a note book by Robert Vaughan; transcripts of the British Genealogy relating to Wales; topographical notes on Glamorgan and the Gower; and poetry concerning Anrawd and The Wars of Brecknock.
The first part of the manuscript consists of a book of medicine and medicinal recipies in the hand of the Reverend Ellis Wynne of Lasynys. The second part is the Book of William Wynne of Lasynys, rector of Llanaber and Llanfair, comprising a collection of poetry.

A manuscript comprising three Welsh vocabularies: The first vocabulary is not in alphabetical order; the second vocabulary is arranged alphabetically, comprising words beginning with 'B, P, R, S, T, V, W, Y', with references to the Laws of Hywel Dda; and the third is a Latin-English vocabulary. Pp. 2-8 are in the hand of J. D. Rhys (or possibly Thomas Wiliems) and pp. 9-68 are possibly in the hand of Jaspar Griffith. The remaining pages are in different hands.
A copy of John Ray, Synopsis Methodica Stirpium Britannicarum, 2nd ed. (London, 1696) and of De Methodo Plantarum Viri Clarissimi D. Augusti Quirini Rivini..., both interleaved and annotated by Edward Lhuyd with notes relating to fossils, inscriptions, antiquities and various place names, river and mountain names, etc. in Wales, with further notes in another contemporary hand. The topographical notes include all the Merionethshire parishes of the diocese of St Asaph, and a few parishes in Denbighshire; there are also some drawings of monuments. An envelope in the box contains dried plants originally kept in the manuscript itself. Also included in the volume are examples of the poetry of Llawdden (fl. 1450).
