A manuscript comprising three Welsh vocabularies: The first vocabulary is not in alphabetical order; the second vocabulary is arranged alphabetically, comprising words beginning with 'B, P, R, S, T, V, W, Y', with references to the Laws of Hywel Dda; and the third is a Latin-English vocabulary.
Pp. 2-8 are in the hand of J. D. Rhys (or possibly Thomas Wiliems) and pp. 9-68 are possibly in the hand of Jaspar Griffith. The remaining pages are in different hands.
