It recites that the said mortgage is given in pursuance of the Act of 17 Geo. III, and that the £600, which is to be laid out in building a parsonage house on the glebe land of the said church, is paid over to Wynne Jones of Treyorwerth, co. The abstract commences with a post-nuptial settlement, dated 18 Feb. 1664-5, and made on the marriage of William Morgan (son and heir of George Morgan) to Rachel, only daughter of Edward Lewis, the settled property being in p's Llangwm Ucha, Llantrissent, and Llanllowell, co. Mon.; and it ends with an agreement, dated 6 Dec. 1763.
