[Mr & Mrs Crombie]

Studio portrait of a young couple, the man being in the Parachute Regiment, the woman, possibly his wife, is in the Women's Land Army. Negative inscribed 'Crombie', though could be 'Cromlie.'

[Sailor]

Head and shoulders portrait of a sailor in the Royal Navy. There are indecipherable notes in the margin of the negative.

[Young Woman in ATS]

Studio portrait of a young woman in the Auxiliary Territorial Service. The 'grenade' badge above her left breast pocket indicates that she is assigned to a mixed sex Royal Artillery battery of Anti-Aircraft Command. She also wears a recognition patch on her upper left sleeve.

[Much decorated Captain in the Belgian Free Forces]

Half-length studio portrait of a Captain in the Belgian Free Forces - note the three pips on his shoulder, his shoulder title on which 'BELG' is discernible and his cap with a Belgian Crown cap badge. He is probably part of the 1st Belgian Infantry Brigade who were stationed in Tenby.

[Sergeant - either Ede or Cole]

Studio portrait of a smiling sergeant. The negative is inscribed in the bottom left hand corner either 'Ede' or 'Cole' (the handwriting is slightly idiosyncratic). As well as his sergeants stripes his right shoulder has an embroidered 'M' below what maybe a Royal Marines insignia.
