Not to apply any money until he has sent the writer £900 for Mr. Edwin for the half year's rent. His cousin Duvall was never steward for Green-hall; orders Parry to sell all the corn, etc., there to make up the £900. Money paid to Mr. Duvall towards carrying on the lead mines is the same as returning it to the writer.
