The file comprises cuttings on the subjects of superstitions and beliefs, ghosts, legend of Twm Sion Cati, customs linked with funerals, courtship, celebrations, hospitality, Christmas, plants, cures and healing, and the character and way of life of the Welsh gypsies.
An exercise book containing the original manuscript, 1932-1934, of the narrative poem, 'Branwen'; together with related drafts, 1931, including the 'Prologue to "The Death of Branwen"'; and the programme of a concert of verse, 27 July 1937, held at the Oxford Festival of Spoken Poetry, in which Wyn Griffith participated. The poem was published by J. M. Dent & Sons, [1934].
A collection of press cuttings relating to Welsh folklore, local history and antiquities compiled by J. C. Davies, with a poster of his lecture 'Un mlynedd ar bymtheg yn Ngwlad y Cewri', at Llanafan, 31 January 1893.

Manuscript and typescript copies, 1939-1940, of 'Branwen: a verse play for radio'; together with notes on Ernest Roberts, harpist of Bethesda, whom Wyn Griffith had visited with his father, November 1932.
An essay entitled 'The Legend of Pont ar Vynach : Folklore collected chiefly in the Counties of Cardigan, Pembroke and Glamorgan' by John Griffith ('Pentrefwr'), and some proverbs and colloquial expressions collected in southern Pembrokeshire by T. C. Evans ('Cadrawd').
