Probate Of The Will of Mathew Jones of Cwmmawr in p. Lanhidian, co. Glam. Testator devised as follows:- To my son, Thomas, a m. and lands called Kevenystlle, otherwise Berthllwyd, in p. Loughor, co. Glam., also a m. and lands called Tyr Prudence Morgan in p's Loughor and Lanrhidian, also a leather bed, and a moiety of the house at Loughor called the Red house; also the tmt called Cwmylnocke in said p. Lanridian and in the tenure of Thomas Jenkin but subject to the payment of £100 to my daughter, Prudence; to my grandchildren, William Seys, Elizabeth Seys, and Mary Seys and John Howell and Mathew Howell, £5 each; my wife, Prissilla Jones, to be executrix. Witnesses: David John; John Bowen; William Richard. By a codicil, dated 1 Aug. 1738, the testator bequeathed to his said wife, for her life, the tmt called Cwmmawr.
