Title deeds of Tythyn Lle y Kynghordy in Esgern Argoed in the township of Cynnull Mawr, 1549-1586. They comprise a mortgage of the property by Lewis ap David Vain, together with a piece of land called Llayn Penvain, to Morice ap Ieuan Dio Goch, 1549; a defeasance of mortgage and bond between sons of the mortgagee for the surrender of Clwd Crach, 1584; and a bond to Richard Pryse of Gogerddan for peaceful possession until redemption of the mortgage, 1586.

A composite manuscript in several hands comprising poetry; proverbs; proverbial triads; etc.; part of the text seems to be in the hand of Richard Mostyn and to have been written in 1574. The whole might be Mostyn's common-place book, in which others occasionally wrote during his life and afterwards.
