Mortgage of part of the Montgomeryshire Estates to W. T. Darby, esq., 1795, reconveyed 1811. Deeds relating to a mortgage to Sir George Pocock(D 28/77/10-13) redeemed in 1812 listed as being part of this parcel in 'Powis Castle Estate Register of Muniments of Title'(now DA1)are no longer extant, at least not in the present parcel.

St George's, Hanover Square, Middlesex, from series RM. From RN7 onwards, the house in p. St George's, Hanover Square, Middlesex, is omitted. Collection is yearly, due Michaelmas.
