Lease and Release of a quillet of land called prickie Saythe situated in Penrallt in the suburbs of Carnarvon, and bounded on the south side by a pond (further boundaries given). Consideration: £6-10-0 (£6 to Thomas Wynne and 10/- to Henry Robyns). Recites that Herbert Robyns, brother of Henry Robyns, mortgaged premises to Thomas Wynne in 1715 to secure £170 and that Henry Robyns was desirous to discharge what he could of the mortgage money whereby to lessen his debt (cf. Schedule of Glynllivon Estate Papers, Vol. I., pp. 71-4].

Recites that in 1814 Thomas Hughes mortgaged property to 1 (demise for 500 years) for £400, that in 1815 T.H. conveyed mortgaged property to 2, in trust to sell, that in 1817 1 filed a bill of complaint in the court of Great Sessions against T.H. and 2 to compel an execution of the trusts or to foreclose the equity of redemption, that the court decreed that the premises should be sold, that the registrar of the court sold the property by public auction and that John James Utterson was the highest bidder, that despite several orders of the court J.J.U. did not pay the purchase money and that he was discharged from the purchase, that the property was put up for sale again and that 4 was the highest bidder for the above mentioned premises (Lot 1), that in 1809 T.H. had mortgaged the same property to Ellis Williams (demise for 500 years) for £1,200, that in 1815 T.H. repaid the £1,200 and that the term was assigned to 3, in trust for T.H.
