Lease and Release of a quillet of land called prickie Saythe situated in Penrallt in the suburbs of Carnarvon, and bounded on the south side by a pond (further boundaries given). Consideration: £6-10-0 (£6 to Thomas Wynne and 10/- to Henry Robyns). Recites that Herbert Robyns, brother of Henry Robyns, mortgaged premises to Thomas Wynne in 1715 to secure £170 and that Henry Robyns was desirous to discharge what he could of the mortgage money whereby to lessen his debt (cf. Schedule of Glynllivon Estate Papers, Vol. I., pp. 71-4].

Assignment of a residue of a term of 1,000 years by 1, with the consent and direction of 3, to 5, in a m. called Hendre, p. Llanwnda; and Assignment of a residue of a term of 500 years by 2, with the consent and by the direction of 3, to 6, of the same premises, both in trust to attend the inheritance for 4. Recites a mortgage in 1772 for £200 which subsequently became vested in 1 in 1810, that the premises was also mortgaged to Robert Jones, husband of 2, in 1815 and that 4 had agreed to purchase the premises for £420 which purchase was to be executed the day following the execution of this deed. Annual Rent: £4. Recites that in consideration of the expense which 2 will be at in pulling down the premises and erecting four new houses 1 has demised premises to him. Draft.
