A copy of the fifth edition of the Welsh Church Tune & Chant Book by Thomas Jones, rector of Llanengan, presented by the author to David Lewis, 1866, with manuscript notes by the latter, a translation by William Williams, vicar of Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant, of a hymn ('Loywaf o'r ser sydd yn britho'r ffurfafen'), and a copy of the hymn 'Paradwys Duw'.

Tune book, compiled during the first half of the eighteenth century, containing psalm-tunes, hymn-tunes and anthems, with some accompanying words in English and Welsh.
