The file comprises letters to and from J. L. C. Cecil-Williams (Honourary Secretary of the Society) and various papers relating to establishment of the Sir Henry Jones Memorial, including deeds of purchase of two cottages at Llangernyw, Denbighshire (in one of which Sir Henry Jones was born). There is a copy of the Sir Henry Jones memorial ceremony programme, held in Llangernyw, 13 July 1934, together with newspaper reports of the meeting and two black and white photographs of the memorial tablet. Financial papers include statements of account and a balance sheet, receipts, and lists of subscribers to the memorial.

The folders comprises letters from the authors, S. Baring-Gould and John Fisher, relating to the work of publishing The Lives of the British Saints. There is also a prospectus of the book and a circular letter from Sir E. Vincent Evans announcing its publication, along with letters from various correspondents to Sir E. Vincent Evans enclosing payments for volumes of the work, mainly concerning the third volume published in 1911.
Owen's Pembrokeshire, unpublished volumes IV and V
Three volumes of The Description of Pembrokeshire by George Owen were published between 1892 and 1906 as part of the Cymmrodorion Record Series 1. The letters contained in this folder, to and from J. L. C. Cecil Williams, discuss the preparations for a fourth and fifth volume. The fourth volume was published in 1936 with Egerton Phillimore as editor. Egerton Phillimore died in 1937 before the fifth and final volume could be completed.

Glyn Davies was given the task of editing the dissertation, and there are a number of letters between him and Cecil Williams.

Papers relating to the bicentennial dinner of the Cymmrodorion, comprising correspondence relating to the organisation of the dinner, draft menu, notes on 'bragawd'and a brochure on mead making, draft press notice, and related correspondence. There is also a list of taverns and coffee houses used for meetings of the Trustees in the late eighteenth century, and the London Stone Tavern in Cannon Street, one of these venues, was chosen to hold the celebratory dinner in.
