Mae'r gyfres yn cynnwys deunydd wedi ei grynhoi gan Ambrose Bebb ar gyfer 'Hanes yr Achos' ym Melinbyrhedyn ynghyd รข chopi llawysgrif o'r gwaith. Er i Ambrose Bebb ysgrifennu hanes y Methodistiaid ym Melinbyrhedyn a Darowen ar achlysur canmlwyddiant yr achos yno yn 1954, oherwydd amgylchiadau ar y pryd ni chyhoeddwyd mo'r gwaith. Ymddangosodd detholiad ohono yn Y Drysorfa ym 1965-1966 wedi ei olygu gan y Parchedig Ieuan Lloyd, Rhosllannerchrugog, dan y teitl 'Beerseba (Hanes yr Achos ym Melinbyrhedyn)'.
