Name of creator
John Bulkeley Jones (c.1926-1992) was a livestock officer with the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAFF), mainly in Cardiganshire. He was a member of Beaumaris Town Council for over thirty years and the last mayor of Beaumaris before the local government re-organisation in 1974.
