Thank you very much for your reply to my letters asking me to cash any promisary note presented to me by Me Sambar/Samir and that I should then inform you about this transaction and that the govenment will refund that amount. Following your instuctions, I have during the last five months cashed promisary notes to the value of eighty three thousand rupees. This sum has not been refunded until now. I would be grateful if you could instruct your officials to do so.
