658 pp. (foliated and paginated iv ff. + 650 pp.) : paper ; 187 x 149 mm. Rebound at NLW. The ink has eaten away at the paper in places.
According to a note on the fly-leaf, the manuscript was purchased in London by a Mr Neville of Llanelli and presented by him to the Reverend Morris, parish of Llanelli, who in turn gave it to the brother of the scribe who penned the note; the scribe's brother then deposited the manuscript in the collection of Colonel Vaughan in June 1830.
