Ganed yr awdur, cyhoeddwr a'r prifardd Myrddin ap Dafydd yn Llanrwst ym 1956 a'i addysgu yng Ngholeg Prifysgol Cymru Aberystwyth. Sefydlodd gwmni cyhoeddi Gwasg Carreg Gwalch ym 1980. Yn 2018, fe'i etholwyd yn Archdderwydd Cymru. = The author, publisher and chaired bard Myrddin ap Dafydd was born in Llanrwst in 1956 and educated at the University College of Wales Aberystwyth. He established the publishing company Gwasg Carreg Gwalch in 1980. In 2018, he was appointed Archdruid of Wales.
