Those postally used are addressed to Miss Rees, Berthlwyd, Blaenffos Pembs by 'John'[Rees] from the Ardeche (1909), Corsica (1912), Paris (1927). The sender appears to have been teaching in France. One (dated 1916) is addressed to John Rees, 39848 Batt RWF

A small number from Paris in 1903 are addressed to J Rees, Merstham Boys school, Merstham Nr Redhill, Surrey.
