This book originally belonged to Richard Evans, surgeon, of Llanerchymedd, Anglesey, whose name, with the date 1730, appears on p. 1. It was subsequently given to Michael Hughes of Lligwy by Elizabeth Evans (widow of Dr. Evans) on April 20th, 1743 (p. 1).
