Biographical history
The National Executive Committee decided to establish a Finance Committee at a meeting in December 1978, comprising of all branch chairpersons and the chairperson of the executive committee. This sub-committee was responsible for the organisation of the estimates of all branches and submitted to the National Executive its findings and proposals at the required time of the year.
